Hello September, and hello (almost) autumn! The first day of autumn is Tuesday September 22nd! Here are the fruits and vegetables we'll be seeing more of this season!

  • Carrots with a healthy dip make a great snack

  • Grapes, kiwis, mangos, and raspberries for dessert

  • Pumpkin everything! I'm a huge fan of pumpkin and pumpkin spice

  • Pomegranate as a topper for your yogurt, oatmeal, or granola

  • Steamed broccoli and green beans are our go tos

  • Lemon or lime juice for an extra zest in your dish or water
