International Day of Friendship is today, and National Friendship Day is August 2nd! What a better way to celebrate than to work out with a friend? Whether it's taking a class together, spotting each other at the gym, or going on a walk, this is great way to socialize and exercise!

Working out with a friend can help you stay accountable, boost motivation, and make exercise more enjoyable! I offer duo sessions where I train you and a friend, partner, sibling, or even coworker in an hour session. It's the two of you being trained with individualized attention and guidance from me! I incorporate strength training circuits where you may both perform the same exercise at the same time, or we do a circuit style where you switch exercises, Sometimes I'll even have partner workouts like throwing a weighted ball to each other or a plank to high five. With the two of you being trained, it's double the fitness and double the fun!

If duo training sounds like something you and a friend would love to do, contact me here!
