We've all been there where we've worked out too hard, and now we can't move because we're so sore! I have done this one too many times! Here are some tips to relieve soreness:

  1. Move - doing a light workout, walk, or some movement actually helps with soreness

    • You might not feel like moving, but it definitely helps! As much as you don't want to move, it can cause you to be more stiff.

  2. Stretch

    • Stretching can do wonders on sore muscles!

  3. Foam rolling or massage

  4. Epsom salt bath

  5. CBD balm, Tiger balm, Salonpas, or pain-relief topical

These won't make your soreness go away faster, but they can provide relief until it subsides!

I hope you found these tips helpful! Let me know if you try any of them and how it goes. For more tips, sign up for my weekly newsletter, and follow me on social media!
